Composite Lining Systems offers a fully-staffed Field Services group to provide technical wellsite support for all product lines. Whether there is a need for supervision of a new installation or the customer simply requires routine well service on a GlassBore® equipped completion, we are happy to provide fully-trained personnel and vehicles stocked with everything needed for a quality installation. You've already made the wise choice to select the best protection for your tubing or casing- we recommend building in additional quality by requesting a CLS Field Services Representative to install your GlassBore® tubing.

Composite Lining Systems has qualified Field Service Representatives (FSR's) available to supervise the installation of GlassBore® and GlassWrap® tubing and casing. Our FSR's are trained and equipped for either service:

The FSR will install the C-ring into the coupling and observe the process of making up the connection. He is available to make necessary recommendations to the crew to accommodate special situations (thread wear, inconsistent standoff, etc). Before the joint is tripped into the well, the FSR will drift the connection as a final added assurance against over-compression of the ring.

CLS Field Service Representatives are also available to supervise the installation of GlassWrap® externally wrapped tubing and casing. The FSR will repair incidental damage to the external wrap caused by tongs, elevators or slips as the string is tripped into the well. Exposed bare metal at the joint is eliminated with the addition of epoxy-wetted material applied across the connection.
